LEED and BREEAM

At Peterhouse Partners, we acknowledge the importance of sustainable practices in our education-centric real estate projects. We adhere to green design and construction principles, validated through sustainability certifications such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method).
LEED, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, is one of the most globally recognized green building rating systems. We aim for this certification by assessing our projects on several categories, including:
energy efficiency
water efficiency
indoor air quality
materials selection
design innovation
BREEAM, developed by the Building Research Establishment in the UK, is another certification system that allows us to evaluate the sustainability of our real estate projects. Like with LEED, we consider several key aspects, such as energy, health and wellbeing, innovation, land and ecology, and waste.

Our sole focus is on building and refurbishing properties with a specific purpose—to create exceptional educational environments. We are driven by a deep commitment to education and strive to provide students with inspiring, innovative, and inclusive spaces to nurture their growth and learning. Our expertise lies in three key areas: refurbishment of existing assets, greenfield projects and lower floors of mixed buildings.
